2. Purpose of the service
fondear.org is a boating marketplace and information portal: a catalogue of new and used boats listed by brokers and sellers, editorial content ("infonautic"), a broker directory, and contact forms to request information, insurance quotes or financing on a given boat. fondear.org does not sell boats directly and is not a party to any sale between a buyer and a broker/seller.
3. Listings and third-party content
Boat listings, prices, photos and descriptions are supplied by brokers and sellers and are for information purposes only; they do not bind fondear.org and may not always be independently verified. Availability, final price and condition of a boat must be confirmed directly with the listing broker/seller.
4. Contact and lead forms
By submitting a form you agree to provide accurate data and consent to it being forwarded to the relevant broker, insurance partner or financing partner strictly to process your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. User conduct
You agree to use the site lawfully, in good faith, and not to submit false, fraudulent or abusive requests, nor to attempt to access, alter or overload the site's systems without authorisation.
6. Intellectual property
The site's content, design and source code are protected as described in our Legal Notice.
7. Changes to the service and these terms
Fondear, S.L. may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may update these terms, at any time and without prior notice; the version published on fondear.org applies.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to consumers' mandatory forum rights.
